Product delivery terms and conditions

1.  The delivery dates for a product may vary based on stock availability and your location.
2.  Cancellation of the product must be reported within 3 hours of purchase confirmation or before the product is shipped.

*Products in stock will be shipped the same day and delivered the next day for all major towns.

*To save on shipping cost, we have put an option for shipping through our Mombasa and Meru depot for those ordering from these regions or nearby towns.  In case the ordered item is not available at the depots, the customer will be advised accordingly and if agreed the product can be shipped from Nairobi HQ at an extra cost or the customer will have to wait for the item to be restocked at the depot.

*Please note that any cancellations requested after an order has shipped will be subject to return shipping cost. In the event of a cancellation, this cost will be calculated based on order details.

Exceptions to our policies (Warranty):

1. Misused products or tampered products will not be eligible for returns.
2. Mattress size may vary +/-12 mm in length, width & thickness (Manufacturing variation). These variations are to be reported within 5 days of your date of delivery to be covered under warranty. 
3. Mattresses and all other products being returned must be properly packed (from customer’s end) to avoid fabric damages, accumulation of dust, tearing, stains, color fade, bleeding and burns of all sorts. 
4. All warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase (original invoice) and copy of warranty certificate where applicable. 
5. Cost of reverse shipping will be borne by customer.

Shipping & Transportation

The company takes reasonable care to pack and ship the products in a safe manner, the sale is complete once the goods are delivered to the customer. If the goods are delivered in damaged condition, the customer has to inform the company immediately.

Damages & Defects

In the rare event that your item arrives damaged, we will make every effort to resolve this for you by assisting you with a return and or sending a replacement. For scheduled deliveries, you must notate any damages on the delivery receipt or refuse the shipment at the time of delivery. Any visible imperfections to the packaging or the item itself must be recorded on the delivery receipt when signing for acceptance.

If your item is delivered damaged but delivery was unscheduled and you were not present at the time of delivery, simply report any damages right away and we will assist you resolving this. All damages must be reported in a timely manner, so please be sure to inspect your shipment and save all original packing materials just in case.

Delivery Damage Disclaimer

Please inspect the contents and condition of delivery before signing and accepting shipment. If you notice any damage that has occurred during transit, please note the damage on the delivery bill and refuse shipment. Please contact us immediately by phone call or email to notify us, and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent right away.

Applicable Law:

All sales and interactions with bobmilgroup.com shall be governed by and interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. In case of any disputes with bobmilgroup.com, the same shall be subject to courts/authorities/forums in Nairobi only.
