Ordering Guideline.

Mattresses and Bedding Accessories

When ordering for a mattress, please take note of the mattress size.

Choose the appropriate mattress size under the drop-down menu and the price for that particular size will be displayed.

*Our quilted mattresses come with different fabric colors. In case you want a different color, you can make a note on your order so that our sales representative can call back and share with your other available colors.

*In case we don’t receive any note concerning the fabric color, we will ship the same color as per the product image.

*In case the fabric color as per the product image is not available, we will call you and make a decision on this.

Shipping Guideline

When choosing your shipping option please take note of the following.

*We have 3 depos (Nairobi, Mombasa and Meru). When ordering pick the shipping option with the name of your nearest depo. This will reduce your shipping cost.

*You also need to choose if you are within the depo’s environs

1. Deliver to Nairobi Environs – CBD, Rongai, Tala, Athi River, Kitengela, Ngong
2. Deliver to Mombasa Environs – CBD,Nyali, Mtwapa, Bamburi, Kwale, Mariakani
3. Deliver to Meru Environs – CBD,Isiolo, Chuka, Nanyuki, Laare
4. Deliver to other major towns (from your nearest depo) – All other towns not listed above will be considered under other major towns from your nearest depo region. With the exception of the following towns considered as Hardship Areas.
5. Deliver to Hardship Areas – Kakuma, Lodwar, Mandera, Wajir, Moyale, Samburu, Marsabit, Lamu, Hola, Garsen, Mpeketoni

Shipping Classes:

Due to the different shipping rates, we have classified our products into different classes.

*Please note, if you are ordering items across different shipping class, please place different orders separately.

Mattresses Shipping Class

This includes both Foam and Spring mattresses and have different shipping rates compared to other. The rate is applicable per product. For example, if you order 5 foam mattresses the delivery cost will be multiplied by 5 time.

Bed Sets Shipping Class

Due to the bulk nature of the bed sets, they are categories under a different shipping class and have different shipping rates.

Pillows Duvets and Bed Sheets Shipping Class

These items are considered less bulky compared to the mattresses and bed set and have been classified on a different shipping class.
